The particularity of this project lays in the building owner’s wish to improve the user experience. Despite the beautiful, modern structure, the atrium lacked the desired warmth and efficiency. MERAKI’s mission was clear: design a welcoming environment as an extension of the private office spaces for the various tenants. The aim was to create a space of interaction and comfort, where people could meet and work.

The main challenge in this project revolved around the high-risk nature of the technical installations. Despite these challenges, MERAKI successfully completed the project, meeting the exact requirements of the client and ensuring an enhanced user experience in the revamped atrium.
