Erika’s career in engineering, real estate, design, and project management has instilled in her the strong coordination skills needed to efficiently navigate the lifecycle of MERAKI's projects. A skilful understanding of each project, coupled with her innate ability to proactively identify critical milestones, enables Erika to smoothly coordinate and anticipate the needs of every project together with Meraki's highly competent and proactive team.

Bertrand personally engages with his clients by leading and supervising the detailed execution of every project. Project reliability, budget control, and technical feasibility are just a few of the top items on his extensive list of successfully accomplished projects. With over 20 years of experience, Bertrand's journey began at DTZ Consulting, followed by leading roles within Guillissen & Roba, Cushman & Wakefield, and Global Workspaces.
Maxime Lagny

A passionate architect with worldwide experience, Maxime has built a diverse project portfolio, always keeping in focus, and emphasising, his clients’ identity. His impressive artistic abilities add an extra layer to the soul of every project he works on.
With over 10 years of experience in project management, office, and retail design, Maxime’s brings a robust added value to MERAKI's team.

Michel Angeliko

His attention to detail and commitment to deadlines make Michel a formidable asset to MERAKI's team. With over 25 years of experience, his journey in managing and coordinating project executions started in 1990. He played a significant role in coordinating and delivering projects for Simonis Interiors, The Work Place, Vitrapoint, and Global, further enriching his extensive portfolio of successfully realised projects. Michel's diverse skill set and specialisation in furniture design contribute to his multifaceted approach to project management.
Xavier Lefèvre
LEADING THE TECHNICAL DESIGN PROCESS

With 20 years of experience, Xavier leads MERAKI's technical design team, with a visionary approach that transcends conventional boundaries. He embodies efficiency and practical solutions at the core of every project. Workplace strategy and office solutions have consistently been the focal point of Xavier’s conceptual design strength. Before joining MERAKI, Xavier’s creations and contributions played a major role in various entities, including Global, Tetris, Inside Project, Concept Group, Multi Design, etc.

Before joining Meraki as a project manager, Philibert was a successful architect and the founder/manager of phdvarchitecture. His passion for quality and sustainable materials, innovations, and techniques is paralleled by his keen interest in the relationship between people, space, and well-being. Philibert's experience as an independent architect has equipped him with the skills to expertly manage a project from the initial creative ideas to the execution of the works. He also has experience in Europe and Africa of mixed-use urban development.
