For the New Tribeca Pegasus project, Meraki was tasked with developing a flexible fit-out that would serve the dual purpose of using the floor as a coworking centre and fixed offices. The core of the design focused on combining flexible use for collaborative work, ensuring privacy for various activities, and providing dedicated spaces for private use. Balancing these elements was essential to creating a versatile and functional coworking environment that caters to a range of activities within the New Tribeca Pegasus space.
