For this project, MERAKI started off by carrying out a study of Sappi Europe’s headquarters. The aim was to understand the space and use the findings to plan the redesign of the Sappi offices in line with the OFFICE IN MOTION approach.
The main focus of the project was to establish a more dynamic, ergonomic, and efficient work environment. The objective was to create a space where individuals feel comfortable and motivated, while also serving as a global showcase of Sappi’s corporate culture and offices worldwide.The MERAKI team successfully designed a fun and creative environment that fits with Sappi’s long-term overall strategy, leading to a complete makeover of Sappi Europe’s headquarters.

We talked to different players, but with Meraki we were on the same page. Erika Vazquez et Bertrand Van de Putte were standing for example, to talk to the people of each department.
