The project centred on defining and implementing a new agile strategy for Estro’s main offices in the centre of Brussels. The objective was to create a sustainable, flexible, and efficient work environment that not only addressed immediate operational requirements but also aimed to strengthen Estro’s evolution in the future. Throughout this project, Meraki strategically aligned with Estro’s overarching workplace strategy, ensuring the harmonious integration of the new agile approach into the organisation’s broader vision.
