ELIA
Brussels
For phase 1 of this project, Meraki took on the task of refurbishing Elia’s flagship building, revitalising the management floors to align with the New Ways of Working (NWOW) concept.
The goal was to introduce significant flexibility into the workplace strategy. Not an easy task, the complete refurbishment of the different areas in Elia’s headquarters, demanded a highly competent and interdisciplinary team. Coordinating and executing the project required collaboration with teams from diverse disciplines, decision-makers, and multiple points of contact (POCs). In addition, the project faced high technical requirements due to different functions within the building, including TV and radio studios, as well as security areas.
Despite the challenges, the project was a success thanks to Meraki’s ability to maintain high-quality execution and adherence to a concept that prioritised warmth, efficiency, and adjustability. The result is a well-balanced office environment that meets Elia’s current needs and sets the foundation for its future workspace dynamics.
