Housing the 2 major entities of the CFE group in one of their most successful and remarkable projects in the story of the group in Luxembourg, was an exciting project for the MERAKI team.

Defining and bringing together the ambitions of BPI Luxembourg and CLE in terms of workplace efficiency, integrating at the same time a high level of sustainability to match the iconic project “WOODEN” (Leudelande, Luxembourg), brought our teams competence in action.

From the study of mobility solutions, setting up the program of needs, feasibility and  workplace strategy to designing the best fitting concept and environment, in line with the Groups Identity and aspirations was a turning point in the groups history and presence in the market.

The combination of assets, competences and the same time, respect for own activities and independence, was the key factor for the development of the project.
