The particularity of this project was the emphasis made throughout the building owner on the experience of the users.

The beautiful recent building o”ers a wonderful atrium that lacked warmth and efficiency.

MERAKI’s mission was simple, create a welcoming environment that could o”er an extension of the privative office space of the different tenants. Create a space of interaction and comfort. Making this space an efficient addition where people could work & meet.

The challenge of this project: high risk of technical installations.
