The refurbishment of the different areas of the existing headquarters of Elia demanded a highly competent team.
The assurance and assistance of different disciplines and multiple POC and decision makers was essential for the good coordination and execution of the project.
High technical requirements within the real estate asset and throughout the design process and execution (TV and radio studios and security areas among others) were key to the achievement of this project.
