De huisvesting van de 2 belangrijkste entiteiten van de groep CFE in een van hun meest succesvolle en opmerkelijke projecten in de geschiedenis van de groep in Luxemburg, was een opwindend project voor het MERAKI team.
Het defini\u00ebren en samenbrengen van de ambities van BPI Luxemburg en CLE op het gebied van effici\u00ebntie op de werkplek, waarbij tegelijkertijd een hoog niveau van duurzaamheid werd ge\u00efntegreerd om het iconische project “WOODEN” (Leudelande, Luxemburg) te evenaren, bracht de competentie van onze teams in actie.
Van het onderzoek naar mobiliteitsoplossingen, het opstellen van het programma van behoeften, haalbaarheid en werkplekstrategie tot het ontwerpen van het best passende concept en de best passende omgeving, in lijn met de identiteit en aspiraties van de groep, was een keerpunt in de geschiedenis en aanwezigheid van de groep op de markt.
De combinatie van troeven, competenties en tegelijkertijd respect voor eigen activiteiten en onafhankelijkheid was de sleutelfactor voor de ontwikkeling van het project.<\/p>\n
